At ADVENTURERS MALLORCA, we are committed to providing quality service to all our customers. This contract and refund policy is intended to explain how we manage the contracting of our services and your rights regarding refunds.
Contracting Services
Contracting our services is done by signing a service contract or by accepting our general terms and conditions on the payment platform. By making a purchase or contracting a service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this policy, as well as our Privacy Policy.
The details of each service, including price, duration, features, and other terms, are clearly specified on our website before contracting.
Payment Method
ADVENTURERS MALLORCA accepts various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment methods. Every transaction is secure and subject to current data protection and payment security regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification within 14 calendar days of the contract being concluded.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision by means of a clear statement, for example, by sending an email to info@adventurersmallorca.com or using the withdrawal form available on our website.
If the customer withdraws within the established deadlines, the full amount paid will be refunded, without penalty, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
Refunds
Refunds will only be applicable in the event of withdrawal within the aforementioned period or if the contracted service has not been provided as agreed. In this case, refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation of the refund, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the event that the service has begun and the client withdraws after the service has begun, ADVENTURERS MALLORCA is entitled to charge a proportional amount for the services already provided up to that point.
Cancellation of Services
If the client wishes to cancel a contracted service, they must notify ADVENTURERS MALLORCA through the contact methods provided on the website. Depending on the status of the service at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply, as established in the specific terms and conditions of each service.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, there are certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as in the case of services that have been fully executed with the client’s prior consent or digital training services that have begun with access to the content before the end of the withdrawal period.
Changes to the Contract and Refund Policy
ADVENTURERS MALLORCA reserves the right to modify this contract and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our customers promptly by updating this page.
